Mountains call, valleys beckon. The earth shakes and snow displaces. There is nothing to hide in a valley. A valley cow is happier, a valley goat safer. Landslides take all men and cattle. Floods bury secrets of a thousand years. The valley goes about regenerating beauty. The valley sees what no one does. The birth and rebirth of ideas, people and their despotism, again and again, and again. At every beck and post every call, the valley sees it all.
