Immortality is a difficult expression. To strive towards it would be a folly, by the very mortal desire of being remembered. Maybe, the ones who were, never thought of their actions as immortal. Maybe, it is all just a cosmic fluke, of how we come into existence, and how we chose our immortality. Like a Frenchman who loses his occupation which he calls his homeland, our efforts are but a fickle thing.
