MEDIUM: Gouache on Paper

A woman’s experiences of the male gaze are written too little and painted too little. Of the eyes that see her as just what she fears, it is her eyes that are at fault. A blind world has to be a just world. A world with one eye would be half discriminatory, but a world with none only makes it easier to live, to breathe, to not be scared, and to move with freedom.
