A kid tosses a coin in the wishing pond and the fish appear. The more the age, the more unrealistic the wishes of a man get. Wishing ponds recognize innocence. They value purity of heart first, and then anything else at all. To think that a wish could come through when the heart is full of malice is wrong. The idea that people build a relationship with wants is an idea of wonderment to the innocent, for the wants come all along with life, but needs only come once. A satisfied need is greater than a materialized want, and it always shall be this way.
